1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of MFTIRE’s online store (the “Store”) for the purpose of purchasing and supplying tires. By placing an order through the Store, you (“Client” or “Buyer”) agree to comply with these Terms.

MFTIRE (Nanchang Maifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd.) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Store.

2. Eligibility
  • The Store is intended for businesses, wholesalers, and importers only.
  • By using the Store, you confirm that you are a legitimate business entity authorized to enter into contracts.
3. Product Information
  • MFTIRE provides a wide range of passenger car and specialty tires from multiple brands.
  • Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided for reference. Minor variations in color, labeling, or packaging may occur.
  • All products are authentic and traceable with DOT or equivalent certification.
4. Ordering Process
  1. Quotation Request: Clients submit product specifications and quantity requirements.
  2. Proforma Invoice (PI): MFTIRE issues a PI outlining prices, payment terms, and delivery terms.
  3. Deposit Payment: A deposit is required (typically 30%) to confirm the order.
  4. Production / Stock Allocation: Orders are prepared according to the PI.
  5. Inspection: Optional pre-shipment inspection or third-party verification is available.
  6. Balance Payment: Remaining payment is required before shipment.
  7. Shipment & Delivery: Products are shipped as per the agreed terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
  • MFTIRE reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with its requirements or policies.
5. Payment Terms
  • Accepted payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or other mutually agreed methods.
  • Payments must be made to the official MFTIRE account listed on the Proforma Invoice.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation or shipment delay.
6. Pricing & Taxes
  • All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the PI.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.
  • Any changes in currency exchange rates, shipping costs, or taxes may be reflected in the final invoice.
7. Shipping & Logistics
  • MFTIRE offers flexible shipping terms: FOB, CIF, DDP, FCL, or LCL.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to the Client according to the agreed shipping terms.
8. Warranty & Returns
  • MFTIRE provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects or material faults only.
  • Warranty claims must include photos, DOT codes, and usage information.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, road hazards, overloading, or normal wear.
  • Resolution may include replacement or partial compensation at MFTIRE’s discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of MFTIRE or its partners.
  • Clients are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.
10. Confidentiality
  • Any business, pricing, or technical information exchanged is considered confidential.
  • Clients agree not to disclose or use confidential information for purposes other than the intended business transaction.
11. Limitation of Liability
  • MFTIRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Store or products.
  • Liability for defective products is limited to the value of the defective items.
  • MFTIRE is not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping, or force majeure events.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • Any disputes arising from the Store or transactions shall first be resolved through negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Nanchang, China.
13. Termination
  • MFTIRE reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Client’s access to the Store at any time for violation of these Terms.
  • Orders already confirmed may still be processed according to the PI unless legally prohibited.
